For custom imprinted orders or products not featured on this web store you can click on the button beneath "SHOP OUR FULL LINE OF PRODUCTS".  From this site you can browse thousands of options and request more information.  

 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Order confirmation emails are automatically sent for each order from noreply@axxs5.com.  Please add this email to your safe senders list.  If you have not received an order confirmation within 2 hours of submission – please check your spam filter or contact us InteliStore@digitalmps.com

 

SHIPPING

Each order is shipped via third party carrier (such as UPS/ FedEx).  Order shipment tracking will be automatically sent once processed.  From this shipment confirmation email (from noreply@axxs5.com) you can utilize the tracking link to monitor shipment progress and anticipated delivery dates.    

 

CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER

To change or cancel an order, please contact Customer Service (InteliStore@digitalmps.com) immediately.  Due to the speed an order is processed, once an order has been fulfilled it can’t be cancelled.

 

PAYMENT

Most orders will be processed and invoiced to Intelisys or settled via electronic gift card.  If you surpass your gift card value and would like to purchase an item the balance can be settled via personal credit card.  Please note that the use of company credit cards for unapproved purchases is not permitted. 

 

RETURNS

Items purchased from this store cannot be returned unless defective or a customer service rep has issued an RMA. Please check sizing charts before ordering wearables.  If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact our Customer Service Team at 972-931-8000
